PAYMENT:

Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal via a pool. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to submit your payment and may select for the funds to be sent from your bank or a debit or credit card. PLEASE NOTE

The activity level of this trip is moderate.
Our itinerary will hit the highlights of Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National park, with some surprise stops scattered along the way! Our adventure will take us along the first half of the figure-eight route through Grand Teton National Park, then back into Yellowstone to complete the full loop with frequent stops to explore, enjoy nature, and capture incredible photos. The majority of our time will be spent outdoors experiencing the great wilderness, viewing the incredible, diverse geological formations and scenery, enjoying the rolling landscapes, and searching for various wildlife throughout our visit.
Hiking is one of the best ways to experience the hidden gems in a National Park. There will be a few, short organized hikes with the exception of our 7.5 mile hike to Delta Lake. We promise the stunning view will be worth it! Information on how to ready yourself for the hikes will be provided via e-mail prior to the trip so that each person can be as comfortable as possible during the trek. Prepared hikers are the happiest hikers!
Individuals will be responsible for purchasing their own meals throughout the trip with the exception of any select meals that will be included as mentioned here. Meals covered by your booking are as follows: 9 breakfasts and a dinner during our Old West Stagecoach to Cookout experience. Due to restaurant portions being so heavy, we will typically only plan to have breakfast and dinner. Snacks will be provided daily around lunchtime to help tide everyone over.
You may want to bring along some additional cash for souvenirs!
The tour coordinator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary as needed should unforeseen circumstances arise.
The tour requires a minimum number of travelers to operate. There is a possibility that the tour may be cancelled after confirmation if there are not enough travelers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be provided with an alternate option or full refund.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

It is important that you do not purchase a non-refundable airline ticket until the tour has been confirmed.
Select the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) for your arrival flight on Friday, September 11th, 2026.
For your return flight, select a ticket departing on Sunday morning, September 20th, 2026, from BZN. A free hotel shuttle will be available to take you to the airport.
Each person is responsible for their own transportation arriving to and departing from the destination as well as any airline baggage fees.

TRAVELER AGREEMENT

For the duration of my time with iBelieveTours, I will adhere to the following rules in an effort to uphold a good Christian testimony:

1. I shall respect those around me including strangers, my fellow travelers, and the designated trip coordinator/chaperones.

2. I shall refrain from unnecessary physical contact with the opposite gender.

3. I shall not enter the opposite gender's accommodations without authorization from and accompaniment by a designated chaperone.

4. I shall follow coordinator instructions throughout the duration of the trip, stay with the group at all times, and participate in all devotions, services, events, and designated activities.

5. I shall adorn myself in modest apparel in accordance with Scripture and Bro. William Branham's teachings.

I hereby testify that I am a Message Believer who has never been married/engaged and qualify for this group's age range of 18+ years old. I understand that I am submitting a traveler's application and upon receiving my acceptance notice, my spot shall not be fully reserved until payment required for attendance has been received. I am aware that this amount, whether in part or full, is non-refundable as bookings and tickets will be purchased for me once the payment has been received. An exception will be made in the event the trip is cancelled as a whole due to world events preventing travel. I acknowledge that I will be required to read and sign a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAVER, INDEMNIFICATION, AND CONSENT. Under penalty of perjury, by completing the registration form I agree that I have read the above agreement and will abide by the posted rules in the previous section. I acknowledge that failure to do so will result in my forfeiting the remainder of the trip and my time with the group without monetary compensation.
