WILL THERE BE CHAPERONES?
IS THE ITINERARY FLEXIBLE?
Yes, there will be one female chaperone and one male chaperone at all times. Our husband and wife team will be present to enforce rules, lights out times, and to help travelers with any needs that may arise. Disrespect or failure to abide by chaperone instructions will result in forfeiture of the remainder of the trip for that individual.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS TRIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?
It is important that we adhere to the itinerary and its activities as scheduled in order for us to deliver on our promises to you. Months are spent creating the perfect itinerary to ensure everyone has a seamless travel experience. If a traveler is unable to be punctual, it will be their responsibility to find alternate transportation to re-locate with the group.
HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN I BRING?
Our trips are best fit for those who are seeking a real adventure! If you love Christian fellowship, love the outdoors, are moderately active, and want to enjoy the thrill of experiencing as much as possible while on vacation without the hassle of planning, then this trip is for you!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Each traveler is welcome to bring one large suitcase and one smaller suitcase/duffle, similar to the standard baggage allowance for airlines.
HOW WILL DEVOTIONS WORK?
When selecting your outfits for the trip, please keep in mind that during registration, you agree to the following statement: “I shall adorn myself in modest apparel in accordance to Scripture and Bro. William Branham's teachings.” The following articles of clothing should be left at home: tank tops (unless used for layering), low-cut shirts, muscle shirts, short skirts/dresses that reveal your knees when sitting or standing, sweatpants, shorts, or tight/revealing clothing. Since we are ambassadors of Christ, let us always be mindful of being the best representation we can be for Him!
WILL WE HAVE ANY CHURCH SERVICES?
There is no better way to start and end each day than by spending some time with our Lord. Everyone traveling with iBelieveTours will be required to attend group devotions as we dedicate 10-15 minutes each morning and evening reading the Word, sharing a Quote, and praying together. Our male and female chaperones will take turns sharing prepared devotions -- one in the morning and the other in the evening. Travelers may either bring their Bible or use the Bible app on their mobile device. We can never give too much time to God and want to keep our focus on Him!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MEALTIMES?
Although we won't have a physical church to assemble in, as our Christian duty, we will still have an informal Sunday morning and Wednesday evening service together.
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matt. 18:20)
After a few songs of worship together, we will listen to a recorded sermon of Rev. William Branham.
Attire: We will either be gathered outdoors or in the van as we listen to the Message. Whatever you would wear throughout the day for sightseeing will be perfect!
CAN I BRING A CAMERA?
Yes! In fact, it is HIGHLY encouraged that you bring your best available means of capturing photos and video footage throughout your trip. Please do yourself the favor of bringing a DSLR, drone, or other camera of your choice and going full-on tourist mode. You’ll be thankful you have a way to treasure all the wonderful memories we make together. Remember, each picture speaks a thousand words… and videos say even more!
We will typically only plan to eat out once or twice a day due to restaurant portions being so heavy. For the most part, we will start off with a hotel continental breakfast, pass out snacks around lunchtime to tide everyone over, and then enjoy our dinner reservation at a restaurant. There might be a few exceptions to this order, depending on location and plans for each particular day.
We believe meals are an important part of the travel experience! To ensure you enjoy some of the best local eats, we plan ahead, avoiding fast-food chains and selecting only highly-rated and well-raved about establishments. Our coordinator does their best to select restaurants that offer a variety of food options to suit each traveler's taste. There will be a reserved table waiting for our group when possible so that everyone can sit together for food and fellowship!

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All bookings are non-refundable as tickets will be purchased for you once payment has been received. An exception will be made in the event the trip is cancelled as a whole due to world events preventing travel or if someone of the same gender on the waiting list is willing to fill your spot.
Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal Pools. However, you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to submit your payment and may select for the funds to be sent either from your bank or a debit or credit card. Please note that your spot is not reserved until payment has been received. You may choose to pay the full amount or opt to pay 50% on the day of registration and then pay the remaining balance within 45 days. Pay using your debit card to avoid a 3% processing fee!
HOW DO I BOOK MY TRIP?
An option to submit your travel request will not be available until registration has opened. If you see the countdown on the home page, you will not yet be able to register.
Once the countdown hits zero, select the trip you wish to sign up for from the home page and tap the "Register Now" button that will have just become available. It will be located above the photos of the trip's travel highlights and will take you to a registration form. Once you've submitted it, your request will be reviewed. Keep an eye on your email inbox for a response (and your spam folder -- sometimes our messages end up there)! Payment instructions will be provided via email along with a link to submit your payment via Paypal Pools. Please remember that your spot is not reserved until payment has been received.
